1 - Try running fuel injector cleaner through it. And change your fuel filter. Also check for vacuum leaks.

2 - Look at the front of the radiator, are most of the fins all smashed together? If the pressure is good and you changed your thermostat, I'm thinking it's time for a new radiator.
