basically....

1)your center console is in 3 pieces which extend to the bottom of the radio you need to remove the piece directly under the radio...kinda difficult but there are a couple bolts under the ebrake that once removed the rest of it is minor screws that just pop right off...

2)once u got all that out of the way look on the back right and back left of the stock head unit cage...u should see 2 very small bolts remove them

3) unhook antenna/wire harness/all rcas or w/e u got hooked on to the head unit and the whole thing should slide right out...if ur replacing make sure u have the proper dash kit or else u'll have a 2" gap between the stereo and anything else..
