The thing is that I boughg the Tires and the rims seperately.. so I took them to a place where they deal with tires and what not.... and I told they to put the tires on the rims and I also told them to balanced the rims. But I did not put on the rims on the car... I am going to do so very soon (myself).

So with this said I have another question... once the rims are balanced.... do i ever have to balanced them again.???.. i.e after certain amount of miles...etc.
