a) English works best..
b) "Making one" is possible, to get it to fit right, you'd wanna make a mold first of the outside, like the dude had mentioned, and then lay the carbon fiber on the mold... so it's a 3-stage process, which is possible... but carbon fiber, for 99% of applications, is only cosmetic, and the "Quality" of a carbon fiber piece is the weave of it, which is something i'm willing to bet you won't pull off because the weave is so tight it takes reatarded amounts of knowledge, practice, and skill to do right..
c) Depending on what you plan to do with the car, I would personally look into a little bit of the performance side first... but to each their own.
