i would stick with a 5w30 synthetic and u will be more then protected....the fact that u "redline" all the time doesnt by itself mean that u need to have any really fancy oil or the fact that u "chirp" ur tires constantly.... what is wrong with 5w30 thats a perfect lubricity for the integra, otherwise the dealer would tell u something else? now if your motor was heavily modded maybe u could change the oil but for now just use like mobil 1 5 30 and u will be more than covered
