Ok, so i bought a cat that supposedly had the o2 sensor for the cat converter, for my 95 gsr. but it didnt have it and it just put it on thinking i can just do something to make up to for it, i was wondering since the cat doesn't have a bung, what if i bought a 98-01 header would that work for smog? since hte 98-01 has the o2 bung? (my car is running too rich to pass smog without o2 sensor)
