In the long run you'll be happier with the gsr; much "easier" to squeeze power out of it (and usually for cheaper too vs. LS/SE).
You can make a LS just as quick, but it'll require a little more planning and usually a bit more money (ex: bolt-on a turbocharger to a B18B and a B18C and the B18C will make more power right off the bat). For comparison sake I'm using a very simple example; there are plenty of LS guys on this board who have built turbo B18B/all-motor monsters that would tear many gsr's to pieces.
The suspension between the LS/GSR is pretty much on the same footing though, so if you're happy with having a nice-handling vehicle the LS will more than do. I think handling is the integra's strong point anyways.
