that part number doesn't appear to be a Honda part number, but the engine sounds like it would be a JDM DOHC ZC - the ECU (computer) made for the engine is a japanese model part no. 37820-PM7-A0? - you can use a U.S. ECU from 88 or 89 Acura Integra part no. 37820-PG7-A0? (manual transmission) or one from 88-91 CRX/Civic Si part no. 37820-PM6-A0?
