GSR will always be more expensive and probably more abused. If you're looking for life out of your car, go for the ls, it probably has less chance of being abused in the past and will be cheaper. GSR would be nice though I was actually looking for one about a month ago but i couldn't find one with low enough miles to satisfy me and my price range. But good luck, let us know how it turns out!
