lol, when i was a kid there was a guy who would sit on a chair and scare people like that, dunno if he ever got punched though
this guy was good though, he didn't always jump up and scare you, some times he'd have his wife jump out from behind the fence or garage and scare you which always worked cuz everyone would watch the guy in the chair the whole time
