I know of an issue with the purple paint (no not my choice, on my ex's 98 accord ex v6). Honda ended up repainting the car for her. It looked like small spots on the paint were wrinkling. Most of the spots were small (1/8 inch) but some got to the size of pennies. The problem was described to be something about the paint's bonding properties.
