uneven tire wear is the effect of altering the suspension of the car (and to some effect...normal wear and tear).
If the new wheels are balanced... they can be swapped in without anything extra.
The thing is that I boughg the Tires and the rims seperately.. so I took them to a place where they deal with tires and what not.... and I told they to put the tires on the rims and I also told them to balanced the rims. But I did not put on the rims on the car... I am going to do so very soon (myself).
So with this said I have another question... once the rims are balanced.... do i ever have to balanced them again.???.. i.e after certain amount of miles...etc.
