how did you make the gear position indicator light not to light up. Mine was auto converted to manual but eventhough I took out the gear position indicator bulbs out, it still sort of shine when light is switched on. Tried to covered it from behind with masking tape but it seems that the light travel thru the plastic material.

BTW, what colour of bulb again u used to give that kind of effect? My cluster is white FYI.
