PROBLEM SOLVED
When you get your wheels installed, they will balance it for you because you cannot drive in peace without a balance. You dont need to get your alignment done if you just put new wheels.
For the Alignment, most places give you a 90 Days warranty for the alignment and in some states they even offer a life-time warranty for a little bit extra money.
