Hmm, Probably not, but I have never done this. You should be good since some people just wash the filter with water and slap it back in.

Ya, I have an AEM as well because I dont want to get hassled. But now it seems that the cops dont know shit because they are still sending people to the ref for their AEM intakes. Its a mess.
