so are you getting your car aligned, or your wheels balanced?

If you are doing the alignment, you'll still need to make sure that your wheels are balanced, otherwise you will get shaking on the steering wheel, and uneven tire wear.

If you are paying 60 dollars, I'm guessing you are talking about car alignment. But from the sounds of it, you should really do some reserach , because when you switch to the 18s you are going to end up with a 4x4 accord if you don't lower it, at which point you will need to get it aligned again. Wheel balance are pretty cheap.
