i have to say that the accord is quite possibly the best car in the world. i freakin love my accord more everytime i drive it, and it's still my favorite car to drive. this is coming from a guy who also owns an acura integra, civic Si, and an 06 EVO IX MR. i've put 104k miles on my accord (HARD miles..spun the tires off the dealership lot when i bought it and never looked back), raced it in autoX (still undefeated), thrown it at every curve and turn i can find, hit potholes, spun it, you name it, ive done it, and it just keeps coming back for more. the way i have it set up now, it out handles my EVO pretty easily...the EVO's just got way more power. the accord (6th GEN) is, to me, one of the most beautiful cars ever made. i honestly love my accord. someone once made the stupid remark to me that the only reason i loved my accord was because it was the best thing i could afford at the time. well that was bullshit because i've got a freakin 37k EVO IX MR (one of the first in the country, and the EVO's a supercar) and i'll still take my accord over it any day. the accord just fits like a glove. take the interior for example...the first time i ever got in it, i felt like i'd owned it for years. everything is exactly where it should be. the right distances, heights, textures...it's just a great car. i really can't say enough about the 6th gen accord. it's the best car i've ever owned, and i plan to keep the mofo forever. granted mine isn't stock... i loved it when it was, but i could never drive a stock accord (or any stock vehicle for that matter) and be happy. accords take very well to mods tho, especially suspension tuning. now i personally don't care for the 7th gen accord AT ALL mainly because it's a rebadged honda inspire. the TSX however (the accord everybody else got) is my second favorite car, and i still freakin want one. it's basically an upgraded, and updated 6th gen. i don't know what accord you are considering, but if you're looking used i'd say by all means, don't hesitate to buy a 6th gen. if you're looking for new, go with a TSX. you'll be glad you did either way.
