not much noise...i dont notice any actually...and dust...id say its pretty good...better than stock imo, at worst the same amount as stock.
and for the replacing pads without resurfacing, you can, but i think its highly recommended that you do get it resurfaced.... resurfacing disks are pretty cheap anyway
