My brakes are starting to pulsate a little bit. I the dealership to check it out while I was there for an oil change. They said they would just turn the rotors, no new pads. They wanted $140 to do so.

I can pull the rotors off no problem and bring 'em somewhere to have them turned. How much have other people paid for this.

Other cars, I've always just bought brand new cheapie rotors from Checker Auto or other parts stores and slapped them on.

I don't want to put cheap parts on my accord though. It's my first nice car.
