Hi Everyone,

1ntegraGuy here... long time reader, (been reading since I was 14) first time typer.

I have a 96 GSR, and was told that it needed new shocks. Can anybody recommend some good brands and where I can get it for a good price? I also had some questions about the coilovers... How are they different from springs? and is it worth it to get the adjustable coilovers? any experience with any brands? Any information will help. Thank you all!
