the easy way to remember.. if the meat is red then Red wine, if the Meat is white(and sea food) go with white wine... now i know its not always tru for all wines and meat but its just easy to go about it like that. So with you filet mignon i would go with a Cabarnet Sauvignon or a Médoc
For the Carbarnet Sauvignon i would go with a wolf blass yellow label fairly cheap and alot of people like it.
If you go with a Médoc go i would get a Mouton Cadet Medoc 2001
And also dont forget that red wine is a panty dropper, girl get horny off red alot more then white!
