or is it that he didn't do anything to help out? now him being the country's leader and all it is his responsibility no matter what... but aren't there organizations that are put together to help out in those kinds of situations? yea there are... but the people that ran those organizations were too slow to act...it is the presidents responsibility on whatever happens in this country... but don't put all the blame on him just because some people that are assign and appointed to those leadership positions were too incompetent to react quick enough to help out in the disaster...

basically... it all comes down to some one f*ck up so someone has to be blamed... everyone is pointing fingers at each other... but really... a lot of people messed up because they were not prepared and or were just too slow to act
