1997 Civic EX... how do I adjust the vertical of the headlights? The repair manual shows "insert screwdriver" and look at the adjustment bubbles, but when I actually go to the car I can only see the left-right adjuster. I have no idea where the vertical tilt one is.

Can someone post a pic that points exactly where this adjuster is?
