They do have the same power, the downfall to the SH model is that it is heavier than the base model. I own a 00' SH manual and love that thing...though the power gains don't occur until you hit higher rpm's due to the preludes tall gears.

But it is one of my dream cars, and when I found it certified for the price I got I am VERY happy. I have actually looked at cert's again and they are getting pricier and more miles and auto...weird
