This is what I researched:
1. short intake. The longer the intake tubing the better for higher rpms. Short intakes help low end torque.
2. Exhaust with backpressure. The N1 type exhausts are good for high rpms also. Whereas stock is better for low end torque.

4. Aftermarket pulleys
listen to this man. Short and skinny primaries and 4/2/1 headers help the most with torque on hondas.
