I've had a developing wrist problems these two weeks from too much computer at work and at school. Anyone have this happen before?
What can I do to help? Minor symptoms of carpals.

My wrists crack and stuff when I flex them and they ache now. Should I get a better chair, mouse pad and see a physio? The way I sit? Probs with egronomics?
I can't play the piano this week because of the ache.
No wanking jokes please.
