if your front is squealing while cornering at relatively low speeds.. it could be two factors.. 1) your tires are old as heck and hard as a rock now.. 2) you probably have too much toe-in which makes the car plow and squeal even at low cornering speeds..

the vibrations you feel at 60 is most likely a tire out of balance..

edit: nevermind.. i just saw that you took care of it a while ago and for some reason this thread was brought back up.. bleh.. :thinking:
