in the TFC line (japanese) they released quite a few figures in the TRU (american) line.

The TRU versions could be found for under $10 on average. The TFC's were always around $30. I could look at my collection to see skips in the reissues.
I'd see a 00, 06, 07, 09, 10, 11, 12, etc ...
