Ingalls are much harder to adjust.
I used the omni kit. It was really easy to install and is easy to adjust. I used westcoaststyle's DIY write up on it.
I adjusted my own camber with a level (like shown on wcs's DIY) the day before I took it in for an alignment. My camber was absolutely perfect on one side, and almost perfect on the other side (still didn't need adjusting at the alignment). This saved me the extra $50 that Big-O-Tire would have charged me if they had to adjust it. My toe was way out though and is why my tires got chewed up.
