I went to the dealership last Saturday, test drove a couple of vehicles, chose *the one* (which turned out to be a 2002 Accord SE Sedan in silver metallic), picked it up on Monday and have been enjoying it for three days already. It's a wonderful car - after getting into it for the first time, I was about to turn the engine on when I found out the car was
already running
. The engine is truly whisper-quiet. Sweet
Now I have one last decision to make and I hope you can help ... I did the whole Platinum Protection Package (i.e. paint sealant, undercoating, rust proofing and fabric guard) but they are also encouraging me to buy extended warranty (both powertrain & bumper to bumper for up to 7 years) I am considering the 6 year (100,000km) package as I don't drive much, but it
is
expensive. I am conflicted between the peace of mind I'd have if I got the package and the fact that Honda is a reliable car and
shouldn't
need this insurance. What do you all think? To buy or not to buy?
Thanks in advance ...
Ok time to get get out the digicam we ant piucs
