I dont know how the tweeter looks like. But you can always take something sticky and pull it out that way, or go from underneath and push it back up. You can clean the sticky residue off with some goo-gone or something. And where do you need to solder the wire back on? Heat can damage the speaker, but solder is the way the wire went on in the first place right? Just be careful?
