Yeh You are right it is only i little bit heavier, and in terms of performance it would make like very, very little differance.....however in handling and off the line traction it will be worse.
That extra weight is well enough to upset front to rear weigh balance and that much torque in a car thats so light weight (1060kg) it's also gonna be hard coz the biggest tyres you can get in the arches of a civic (without new arches,cutting or rubbing) is like a 215 maximum, not gr8 for traction.
My freinds have a number of hondas, one with a ek h22a swap, one with a H22a prelude (and they've got Type s LSD tranny's in them) And they cant get traction for a toffee!!! especially the EK!! Just things to consider anyways.
