I was about to ask why an M3 doesn't have a strut tower bar, then I noticed how they did it differently than I've usually seen it.
Factory ITB is so cool.
look again, there is no strut bar on that car. 03+ have strut bar from the factory. none of the other previous M3s had strut bars.
