Default HELP! Something's buzzing under my dashboard!?!

Everytime I try to turn on either, my lights, my wipers (in high speed motions only), and/or my AC/heater, I hear a loud buzzing noise from under the bottom righthand side of the dashboard. During this buzzing sound, any one or each one of the windows go up and down by themselves and can't be controled by my master controls. It's like the car is possesed, doing things on it's own without my command. The only way to make it stop is by shutting down whatever it is that I tried to turn on, that cause the buzzing to start. And sometimes that doesn't stop it either.

I first noticed it happening while I was driving, with my headlights on, and I attempted to turn on the AC, or any button from the AC/Heater panel. Immediately after pressing the AC button, the buzzing would start and with that, my head lights would dim so low that they almost looked off. I give the dashboard an open hand kung-fu hit on the top side and it would stop the buzzing. Eventually, it wasn't that easy to stop the buzzing. I decided to stop using the AC/heater panel all together to prevent that from happening but, now it's to the point where I start my car and attempt to put on the head lights and the buzzing takes over. Does anyone know about this, what it is?..how can I fix it? Please help.
