92 Si still revsfunny issue P28 ECU change
So, I did what I've been told to change the ECU. Release the neg off the battery and disconnect P06 ECU. WAIT. 5 min. I waited 10. Put P28 in. Connect the battery. Wait another 8 min. It took the car 10 times to start WITHOUT me hitting the gas. Little engine that could. Car fired up about 10th 11th 3 second turn over at a time. Hell yeah. All the haters across the street had to give it up. lol. Anyways.. After about 3 minutes, the up and down consistent rev occured. Like I was tapping the gas and releasing it. Now, I went to look for the IACV and found it. Gave it the best twist I could managel with the socket, and it wouldn't budge. I just sprayed some WD40 on it, and I'm not gonna try again until tomorrow morning. Not really down to break at bolt connected to the manifold. I got enough problems in my life. lol So.. other than the IACV, what else do you Guru's think I should check? You guys have been straight up cool for all of your advice. I'll do my best to do what I feel / know before asking so that I don't waste your time.
Thanks,
Ali
