BT's are constantly made, they never go truly out of production, so the price will never go down. Because of the recent demand for BT Tracks (blue and yellow), some stores were able to get them cheap if they ordered in bulk.

Stores like ToyNK were letting them fly for $20. Your best shot is eBay. I've seen people part out personal collections for $35 per figure.
