yep, this will be the second one in 2 years i have had to do that with. the last time they didnt make me pay it but the officer who issued the ticket sent me a nasty letter saying i need to learn to display my pass properly (this was for a daily written over night pass displayed in the windshield, not what i got a ticket for this time) when it was there all along and the only reason i had to park overnight there was because the school scheduled my course registration for 7:30 am the next day. they told me to park there and then gave me a pass and the guy who wrote the ticket (who did not realize it was him who wrote it even though the copy of the ticket was right there with the appeal) was the one who sent me the letter blaming it on me when it was actualy his error. what a retard.
