Borrow a camera from someone or buy one and return it. Nobody knows how your wheels and tires look like so take some pictures which shows the the type and condition of both wheels and tires.
Edit: You dont have to have a Digital camera, Buy a regular camera and scan the pictures or get a picture disk from when you develope them
