fuel pressure issue (possibly)
The other day, I was backin into my garage and my 94 accord lx (f22b2) 5sp stalled out on me. As I have never owned an automatic in my life, I was a bit suprised to stall... especially as I was fairly certain that the clutch was in all the way when it happened. Either way, it took a good minute to restart the car. It cranked fine, but it seemed like the engine wasn't getting any fuel. It reminded me of an old american car getting flooded if you give it too much gas. I know this is not the case, but for people who have experienced this, they'll knowthe type of thing I'm talking about. Anyway, it started back up and has been running fine. In the mornings it has taken a few seconds longer then usual to start. It still starts fine, but takes just a bit longer to be noticable. I filled up the tank and the problem almost went away. My thought is that it could be a fuel pump on its way out.... does anyone else have any other ideas? By the way I have 182,000 miles on all stock components (nothing major ever been replaced), and have religiously done all oil changes, and tune ups myself.
