Be very careful with that Loctite stuff. That kind of looks like Cyanoacrylate adhesive (CA) which Ive only really used for RC cars. Its great at bonding plastic if you break a part, but I think for models it may cause the plastic to actually become brittle (hard to explain that one h: ) Course that may be some less powerful stuff so Im probably wrong.
