with regards to drilled vs slotted vs drilled/slotted, do a search, cause so many people have differring opinions about this than you'll want to decide for yourself whether you want one of those or just blanks...

yeah, try to stay away from Midas...they really rip you off. When I was replacing all 4 rotors and pads all around, I called them up to ask how much it would be to install them, and they said 360 parts and labor, so i asked how much it would be if i supplied my own parts, and they just said they wouldnt do that...so I just put all the stuff in myself, and saved a lot of money...

PBR = Axxis...so the PBR/Axxis Ultimates are really good pads for the money. I've heard a lot about the EBC Greenstuff pads...my brother has those and brembo slotted front rotors (and SS brake lines) on his '95 Maxima, and that thing almost stops as quickly as my car...and his weighs at least 300lbs more and is much longer... I have the PBR/Axxis Ultimates on my car (with Brembo front rotors) and I really like em...pedal feel is spot on and initial bite is a bit stiffer than stock, but when you have to lay into the pedal that car stops on a dime.
