OBDII ECUs are not chippable.

You will have to run a conversion harness and an OBDI ECU to do any sort of chipping. The only problem with this is, if your state requires emissions and they check your ECU, it won't register and fail because it was running the OBDI ECU.

The EMS is another option but it is very expensive and I don't think your setup warrants it.
