Street racing discussions are a de facto violation of the Terms of Service.
An N/A non-vtec Integra will take quite a lot of work to be competitive nowadays, anyway.
But that's beside the point... street racing is an exceptionally selfish and dangerous pursuit, one which the managment of HAN expressly disapproves.
