well, your standard blue LEDs run $3+ tax at radio shack. the problem is that a lot of the smaller bulbs need a 3mm LED to replace them. And you really want to get special wide angle ones so you don't get hot spots of light. If you were really going to do the whole dash, you'll get nickled and dimed to death with the quickness. Just doing the climate control like I did only costs ~$30, but it's just not as cool as a complete transformation. If I ever get too much money and time, I'm going to do the rest of my dash, but right now I'm concentrating on my mobile video and custom trunk setups.

Oh, and there's nothing resembling a 194 bulb anywhere behind the dash.
