Well, I think it was the person I talked to, the company is very well respected throughout the Seattle area... needless to say though, I'm now officially pissed at them for lying to me.

I can understand the liability issue, and if they simply told me that they cannot install aftermarket brands or what not, I'd have totally understood... they didn't have to lie...
