Not too bad
Friday - went to a friend's house and drank/played Video Games
Saturday - played 3 hours of Basketball and wore my out-of-shape ass out. Then hung out with my girl.
Sunday - attempted to play golf, but was sore from Basketball. Then hung out with my girl.
Now I'm still sore as shit, can't hardly move, I think golf made it worse. Now I have to go into work in about 20 minutes and do physical work (body shop technician). Today is going to suck.
