I don't know if this is normal, but after driving my car, I turn off the engine and I can hear water trickling somewhere. It sounds like it is inside the engine. I did not have the A/C on and so there would be any water produced from that. I am not sure if the sound was present before I had my timing belt and water pump replaced yesterday. Anyone have any ideas? I didnt notice any adverse engine performance or overheating (overheating is hard to tell, today was like upper 70s F). What could be the cause of the water sound?
