i've beat the exhaust one b4 due to them giving a ticket based on opinion & not fact. They didn't test the DB's so there for your being charged against your rights. "Inocent until PROVEN guilty".

as far as the tint.. u'r screwed & it's up to the judge when you go in to contest this. Hopfully he's in a good mood that day and will drop it due to your effort to correct the problem.
