so I just left the gym and I got pulled over right before getting on the highway.

my tint is illegal, its 32%. legal limit is 50% in ohio.

and also, my exhaust is too loud. he said that "any modification to the exhaust on any vehicle in the state of ohio is illegal" he didnt use any tool to see how loud my exhaust was. i was driving normal shifting around 2.5k-3k. it was his opinion it was too loud.

I'm screwed on the tint, but do you think i would be able to get out of the loud exhuast? the code he gave me was CTC 2317.20. Ive called and all i found out that it said was "excessive gas or smoke" but i cant find any other information on it.
