For the 90-97 Accord F22, Honda recommends every 90,000 miles OR 10 years. As was mentioned above, get the timing-belt, tensioner, balance shaft belt, oil seal and water pump replaced all at once. I tried to let my tensioner and seals ride until the 2nd belt service at 180,000 miles... but my seals began leaking at 160,000 and forced me to go ahead and do an early timing belt change. Since your car is 6 years older, I highly recommend geting it all done the first time around.

60,000 mile timing belt interval went out with the demise of the 89 Accord. Honda raised it again in 98 to 105,000 miles. Now I believe it's 110,000 for the 7th gens.
